Abstract
From the social indicator analysis, the distribution and the uses of time of the older people are circumscribed mainly a surplus from leisure time dedicated to the television consumption. This situation is posed how the past is recreated in the contents of fiction tv, but is possible also enumerated some proposals to contribute a more autonomous time use, an assessment from the audience in so much informants and to a more participative communication.
